Richard Magrann-Wells

Richard is currently pursuing his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University. Richard has worked at some of the world’s leading financial institutions in the field of corporate finance, loan syndication, emerging markets, fixed income and foreign exchange. Richard spent 15 years with Citibank in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Tokyo. He has also worked as a director at Merrill Lynch and vice president at Wells Fargo in their international divisions.

Richard’s educational background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance from NYU and a JD from UC Hastings. A member of the California State Bar Association, Richard also has his series 7 and 63 licenses, as well as his CAMS certification.
