Philipp Fischer is a Fulbright student from Switzerland, currently enrolled in the LL.M. (Master of Laws) program at Harvard Law School. Prior to studying in the U.S., he has worked as an associate in the banking and financial services department of a leading Swiss law firm for three years. He also was a research assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva (Switzerland). His practice areas are banking and financial law, as well as competition law.
